We Do Good Work

“Mongolian Yurts | Gers” is a cultural development program of FIRE Projects. Since 2005, FIRE has imported traditional Mongolian gers from the same artisans in Ulaanbaatar to the US. FIRE has collaborated on product, systems, and market development, and expanded its business with improved quality. All additional proceeds support FIRE’s public health programming in Mongolia.
Our mission is to improve health and development through value-centered, community-based programs encompassing cultural diversity and heritage. We want to see communities around the world empowered with a higher quality of life through access to safe health care and sustainable resources for responsible development.

FIRE has been working throughout Mongolia since 1999. Our award-winning public health programs in rural Mongolia have been featured by WHO, the Economist, and the World Hepatitis Alliance. “Hepatitis Free Mongolia, Phase 2” is in the final stages of eliminating hepatitis C across Sukhbaatar province in rural Mongolia with an innovative, scaleable, and shareable program model.
